Our take
3/5Mount Vernon Rec Center gives Alexandria families a space rental option for a birthday they want to arrange themselves. It is a sensible starting point when securing a local place to gather is the main need. The format suits parents who enjoy making their own celebration plans and want to discuss those plans directly with the center.
Ask which space the rental covers and whether it accommodates the gathering you have in mind. Settle the reservation terms before choosing activities or sending invitations, so the birthday plan fits the space you actually book.
