Our take
3.5/5Baca County Library and Resource Center has a practical advantage for a birthday that brings the extended family together: its reservable event space holds approximately 130 people. Seventeen tables and chairs give parents a useful starting point for arranging their own celebration in Springfield. This suits families who want to choose the activities and organize the gathering themselves.
Kitchen access costs extra, so decide whether you need it when discussing the reservation. The capacity is a people count, not a children's party allowance; include accompanying adults when planning the guest list and room setup.
