Our take
1.5/5Thunderhill Raceway Park in Willows has a narrow birthday appeal for a child with a strong interest in motorsports. Its track and skid-pad rentals are specialized facilities, so start by deciding what the children would actually do during the celebration. Renting driving space alone does not establish a suitable children's activity.
Contact the raceway about the specific event or arrangement you have in mind before inviting guests. Ask directly about children's participation and spectator access if either matters to the plan. This requires a concrete motorsports purpose and careful coordination to work as a birthday outing.
