Our take
3/5Eastern Sierra Tri-County Fair & Fairgrounds suits a family that wants to organize its own celebration around a rented space. The Bishop site rents ballrooms, meeting rooms, and outdoor sites, giving parents a useful choice of settings. That flexibility matters when the gathering itself is the main attraction.
For a children's birthday, start with the space your plans actually need. A room for a seated celebration and an outdoor gathering call for different arrangements. Discuss the intended activities and food plans with the rental office before choosing a space.
