Our take
3.5/5The Newcomer Building is a practical option for a family organizing an indoor birthday in Yuma. Its small kitchen, air conditioning and restroom address several everyday needs, while tables and chairs help define the gathering space. Approximately 2,600 square feet gives parents a specific room to discuss when making an inquiry.
Use the 50 person capacity for a celebration with tables and chairs, counting adults as well as children. The larger 70 person figure applies to a theater arrangement. Call for rental pricing and availability, with your planned layout in mind. The room's conveniences are the reason to consider it for a family designed celebration.
