Our take
3.5/5Whitey Lee Park suits a birthday built around a picnic and time outside. Its picnic pavilion gives families a particular space to ask about, while the walking trail provides another possible part of the outing. Fishing is also among the park's activities, making this an interesting choice for a child who enjoys it.
The park also has a Community House. Discuss birthday permission and the terms for using either gathering space with Monroeville Parks and Recreation before making plans around them. If fishing is central to the occasion, confirm the applicable rules and equipment needs for your group.
