Our take
3/5The pool is the clearest birthday draw for children who enjoy swimming. This Livingston campus recreation facility also has group fitness and aquatic classes, so parents have a specific activity to ask about when discussing a gathering. Keep the birthday idea focused on the water activities that suit your invited group.
Contact campus recreation about children's access and group use before choosing a date. Ask whether a swimming visit or an aquatic class would fit your plans, and discuss supervision arrangements. Plan any food or cake around the facility's permitted use.
