Our take
3/5Troy Recreation Center suits a birthday built around sprayground play, with parties available during pool operating hours. That makes it a reasonable choice for a group whose main interest is the water activity itself. Plan the celebration around the available operating schedule and contact the front desk before setting a date.
A multipurpose room is separately listed at $100 for two hours, with a kitchen available for an additional fee. Ask whether that rental can accompany your sprayground booking. Treat the room and water arrangements as separate planning questions until the center confirms how they fit together.
