Our take
3.5/5The Carriage House at Rockwood makes sense for a birthday where gathering and a catered meal are central to the plan. Having indoor and garden event space gives families a choice of setting, and catering is a useful starting point for a celebration that includes adults as well as children.
Treat the tour as a planning appointment. Talk through the children's activities, the space you want to use and the meal before requesting the event price. This format suits parents who want to shape their own celebration around a rented venue and are willing to work through those arrangements.
