Our take
3/5The Larry D. Striplin, Jr. Performing Art Center is worth considering for a birthday organized around a small banquet. Its rental description also covers meetings and workshops, so the documented appeal is gathering space. That format suits a family that wants to shape the celebration around its own plans and spend time together over a meal.
Keep the small-banquet format in mind when discussing the booking. Ask the rental contact whether your birthday gathering fits the facility's permitted uses and what arrangements would apply. Any entertainment should be a separate part of that conversation.
