Our take
3.5/5Snowdoun Park is a good fit for a birthday built around playground time and a picnic. Pavilion One costs $50 for the day, which makes the space appealing for families keeping the venue budget modest. A free-play area and walking trail give the gathering room for a looser pace, and restrooms are part of the park's facilities.
The format suits parents who want to organize the celebration themselves. Reserve Pavilion One by phone and keep the schedule within the park's dawn-to-dusk hours. Because this is an outdoor gathering, include a weather backup in your plans.
