Our take
3.5/5John Hunt Park gives a birthday group several ways to spend an active afternoon, from soccer and baseball to sand volleyball. A playground and walking options also make it worth considering when guests enjoy different kinds of outdoor time. The appeal is the range of activities available for parents to build their own gathering around.
Choose a meeting point and one main activity before inviting everyone. A party that tries to cover the whole list could become awkward to coordinate. Check the city's event requirements and access arrangements for the space you want, especially if your plan depends on a particular field.
