Our take
3.5/5The Fort Worth Zoo sells birthday parties as ticket bundles, which suits families who want their celebration to center on the animals. The Wild package is $430 for 15 admissions and giraffe-feeding vouchers, without a room. Room packages start at $685 and include three hours in the Education Building; the $1,225 Party Animal option adds a live animal presentation. Safari Splash packages pair Zoo and water-play admission with a private cabana.
Parents handle the party themselves: food and an attendant are not included. Room and cabana parties run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; guests may bring food trays, but balloons, piñatas and outside entertainers are prohibited. Main-lot parking is $5.
