Our take
4.5/5At Dallas Zoo, the birthday outing can combine time among the animals with a hosted gathering in a private event space. Birthday packages include a lunch buffet, and every guest needs Zoo admission or a valid membership. The 106-acre grounds give families room to build the day around wildlife exhibits, while date-based admission ties planning to the chosen visit.
Parents can book online and compare the party total with each guest’s admission. The Zoo is open most days of the year, with shorter seasonal hours and a Christmas closure. This suits families looking for a full-day animal outing with a dedicated place to regroup for lunch.
