Our take
3/5The Oak Room suits a family that wants to shape the birthday around its own plans. Tables and chairs come with the rental, so there is a practical starting point for a gathering of fewer than 50 people. The two-hour limit favors a compact celebration with a fairly clear schedule.
Membership makes a meaningful difference to the room budget: members pay $350 and nonmembers pay $500. Tablecloths and flowers cost extra. We would choose this space for a birthday centered on gathering together, with the family deciding what will keep the children occupied within that short window.
