Deposit and cancellation terms
Every order requires a 25% nonrefundable deposit. Call at least 24 hours before the event to cancel. Deposits and payments are nonrefundable, and the full amount is due once the equipment has been delivered. A raincheck may be used within one year after the event date.
Weather and rescheduling
For a cancellation due to weather or illness, the deposit can be applied to an equal value rental rescheduled within one year.
