Our take
3.5/5Under the Oaks suits a family that wants private space for a birthday gathering and has its own ideas for games. Tables and chairs are included, which removes a useful piece of rental planning. Room for games gives children something to do within a celebration shaped around the family.
The space rental format calls for deciding what activities you want to arrange and discussing the event specifics with the venue. Ask for a quote against those plans so you can judge the cost alongside the furniture and private gathering space.
