Our take
2/5Lamar County Extension's youth programming has a specific audience: monthly Cloverbud sessions for second- and third-grade students, alongside middle-school 4-H meetings. That makes it most relevant to families whose children are interested in joining an ongoing group. A child drawn to that format may find the program worth exploring around their birthday.
For a celebration with invited guests, speak with the Barnesville office before making plans. Ask whether a birthday-related group visit could fit its programming and participation rules. The scheduled club format needs to work for your guests before it can serve as the centerpiece of the occasion.
