Our take
3.5/5The splash pad is the clearest birthday draw at Billy C. Carmichael Recreation Complex in Swainsboro: it can be rented for a private party. That gives a water-play celebration a defined base. The wider complex also has a playground, walking course, ball fields and batting cages, useful possibilities for families thinking beyond a single activity.
Keep the rental plan specific. Ask which facilities your reservation covers before promising guests access to the rest of the complex. Parents planning a splash-pad party should also settle supervision and how they will handle a change in weather.
