Our take
3.5/5SOCO Skateland suits children who want skating to be the main birthday activity. Families can choose a public party during open skate or a private party outside public skating hours. That choice is useful: you can join an existing session or reserve a separate occasion for your group.
The public option costs $50 per hour, with skate rentals extra. Private parties cost $150 per hour and include rentals, but require a two-hour minimum. Both require a non-refundable deposit, so settle the guest plan and preferred format before committing. Compare the total cost after rentals, not just the hourly charge.
