Our take
3/5For a birthday child who enjoys watching a story unfold onstage, Picketwire Players is worth considering as a theater outing in La Junta. The company's plays and musicals give the celebration a shared performance to talk about afterward. Choosing a production that interests the child matters more here than choosing a birthday theme.
Start with the performance schedule, then contact the theater about your intended group. Ask about the particular show's content and running time before inviting guests. This suits a group happy to spend its main birthday activity watching a performance together.
