Our take
3/5Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center is an option to investigate for a birthday that depends on recreation equipment rentals. The Eureka facility belongs to campus recreation, so families should begin with the activity they want and ask whether the rental arrangements will support it. That makes it most relevant to parents who already have an outing in mind.
Operating hours are seasonal, so check your date before coordinating guests. Ask which equipment is available and whether your group can use it for the celebration you propose. A rental inquiry also needs to establish where your group will gather and who will organize the activity.
