Our take
3.5/5CARD Community Center in Chico has useful ingredients for a birthday you organize yourself: a large multipurpose room, three community rooms and an outdoor rose garden terrace. The room choices make it worth considering when your celebration needs a particular layout. A caterer's kitchen, tables and chairs provide practical support for the gathering.
The strongest fit is a family with its own activities or entertainment in mind. Ask which spaces and equipment are covered by your rental, including access to the kitchen and PA system. Match the booking to the actual guest list so the facility's size works for your party.
