Our take
3.5/5A covered pavilion with free reservations makes Centennial Park in Crossett a useful option for a birthday you organize yourself. The shelter gives the gathering a defined meeting place, and the reservation cost leaves more of your budget for the celebration. It is a good fit for parents who want to choose their own activities.
Reservations go through the city calendar, and a permit is required. Take care of those arrangements before sending invitations. The covered space is a practical strength, but your plan should still account for the weather and how guests will use the pavilion.
