Our take
3.5/5The art room gives a birthday gathering a defined place to meet at Gateway Recreation Center. It is a useful option for families who want a room to organize around, with tables and chairs available on request. The record does not establish hosted activities, so parents can plan the celebration themselves and decide what to bring.
Reserve ahead and explicitly request the furniture you need. A call to Parks and Recreation is required to establish availability, pricing and room rules before you settle the arrangements or invite the group. This format suits parents comfortable coordinating the details of a room rental.
