Reservations and cancellation
Reservations must be made at the Township Office during regular office hours, with all charges and the required damage deposit paid before an application is considered. A $50 fee applies if you request the warming kitchen. Cancellations must be submitted in writing: the township lists a full refund at least 14 days ahead, half the rental fee for cancellations 8 to 13 days before the event, and no rental refund within seven days.
