Q’emiln Trailhead Event Center in Post Falls, Idaho, is a birthday rental space for families organizing their own celebration. The enclosed building holds up to 150 people and has a kitchen, tables and chairs, plus an attached outdoor deck. Heating and air conditioning are included. Rental costs $100 per hour Monday through Thursday with a two hour minimum, or $195 per hour Friday through Sunday with a four hour minimum. Submit the Trailhead reservation form online, by email, by mail or in person, allowing at least five business days for processing and approval.

Rental costs and extras
The minimum rental charge is $200 Monday through Thursday or $780 Friday through Sunday, before 6% Idaho sales tax. City recognized holidays cost $275 per hour Monday through Thursday or $295 per hour Friday through Sunday, with the applicable minimum rental period. A $250 refundable damage deposit is due at booking. Contracted catering and event rentals each carry a $25 fee when used.
Space and food arrangements
The rental includes three restrooms as well as the kitchen, tables and chairs. Outside food is allowed; food is not included in the rental. The indoor center has an attached deck and access to Q’emiln Park and the Spokane River. Bookings are available from 9:00 AM to midnight.

FAQ
Can we bring a bounce house or dunk tank?
No. Amusements, including bounce houses and dunk tanks, are not allowed at the facility.
What happens if we cancel?
Cancel at least four weeks before the event for an 80% refund. After that deadline, there are no refunds, credits or rescheduling.
Which decorations are allowed?
You can use freestanding decorations. Confetti, rice and similar sendoffs are not allowed.
