Our take
3.5/5A water-based birthday at Splash in the Boro has an appealing seasonal choice: summer parties or the winter Under the Dome format. That makes it worth considering for a child whose birthday falls outside summer but who still wants an aquatics outing. The winter package includes a party host, adding practical support to the celebration.
Under the Dome parties run on Saturdays from December through April, so that format suits families with a flexible weekend calendar. Both summer and winter parties require advance reservation requests. Agree on a workable date before building the rest of the birthday plans around it.
