Our take
3.5/5Dawson Farms Clubhouse suits a family organizing its own birthday gathering, with a full kitchen and tables and chairs included in the rental. The playground gives children a place to play, while outdoor picnic tables provide another setting for the gathering.
The $250 rental is for a chosen weekday, which makes scheduling the main consideration. Weekends are held for weddings, so families hoping for a Saturday or Sunday celebration should inquire about availability before building plans around the space. The clubhouse works best when parents want to arrange the food and birthday activities themselves.
