Our take
3/5Magik Theatre has staged professional, literature-based children's theatre in downtown San Antonio since 1994, and its birthday offer builds a celebration around one of its main stage shows. For $160 the birthday child gets a free ticket, a ribbon, a lollipop sign at the entrance to take home, a lobby TV greeting, a gift from the merch stand and a drink or popcorn. The cast also calls out the birthday at the start of the post-show Q&A.
This is a special outing, not a party with a room and food, so plan cake and gifts for somewhere else. It works well for a family or a few friends who love stories. Email the theatre to ask about tickets for the rest of the group.
