Our take
3.5/5Bob Makinson Aquatic Center is a good candidate for children whose birthday wish is time in the pool. The children's play area, diving boards and 150 foot water slide give the swimming outing more variety than a pool alone. We would consider it for a group that wants water play to be the main activity.
Call the center before committing to a date, especially around its seasonal swim schedule. Ask for the current birthday package price, minimum booking time and reservation inclusions. Those answers will help you work out the rest of the celebration without treating general admission as the cost of a party booking.
