Our take
4/5An hour of private ice time is the main attraction at Danbury Ice Arena. For a birthday group that enjoys skating, having the ice reserved gives the activity a clear place in the celebration. The package also includes a party area for an hour and a half, providing space to gather away from the rink.
Food and drink packages are available, which may simplify the refreshments. Families bring their own birthday cake and decorations. Confirm how the ice session and party-area reservation line up before planning the cake time, and consider the guests' skating experience when deciding whether this format suits the group.
