Our take
3/5Thomas Sullivan Community Center & Park offers a setting to investigate when a family wants to organize its own birthday in Mobile. Having a community center and park at the same location gives parents a useful starting point for discussing the celebration. Confirm which part of the facility can accommodate your actual plans.
A permit is required, and the booking route involves submitting a reservation request to Rentals and Permits for approval. Treat that approval as an essential planning step before inviting guests. Discuss the requested space and intended activities rather than assuming a request reserves both the center and park.
