Our take
3/5Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club makes most sense for a birthday centered on a family gathering. Its event spaces accommodate small to large groups, and an event coordinator provides a useful point of contact for shaping the occasion. Outdoor barbecues and private dinner parties are among the event formats.
For parents, the appeal is arranging a celebration around the people coming. Discuss children's activities and the timing of food with the coordinator before choosing a space. Keep the birthday child's interests central when deciding whether this kind of gathering will hold the group's attention.
