Our take
3/5Baseball is the strongest reason to consider Matthews Park for a birthday outing in Mobile. Full-size, T-ball and youth baseball fields make it especially relevant to a child whose celebration would revolve around the sport. The useful first decision is what kind of baseball activity the group would actually enjoy.
Before inviting guests, ask about field access and permission for your proposed gathering at Matthews Park specifically. Settle those arrangements before planning a game. For a baseball-focused group, the field selection gives this park a clear purpose as a birthday possibility.
