Our take
3.5/5Johnnie Sims Park Pavilion pairs a four-hour rental window with a location beside the kids park and skate park. For a birthday built around outdoor play, that combination gives families a useful place to gather and time to arrange the celebration at their own pace. Choose activities that fit the children rather than assuming every nearby feature will suit the group.
The pavilion costs $50 at the general rate or $25 for residents. Those fees make the space affordable, while food and activity planning still need their own budget. Complete the pavilion rental agreement and confirm arrangements before sending invitations.
