Our take
3.5/5Blackburn Park is worth considering when a manageable space rental matters more than an elaborate birthday package. The park rental costs $30 for two hours, with additional time at $10 per hour. That gives parents a concrete starting budget and some flexibility when deciding how long the gathering should last.
The reservation contract and fee are part of the application, and availability determines whether the date works. Secure that arrangement before inviting guests. For families happy to organize their own celebration, the published time and price make this a practical option. Confirm which park facilities your reservation covers.
