Our take
3.5/5The Museum of Discovery and Science in Fort Lauderdale gives families two birthday formats for children ages 3 to 12. Both accommodate up to 30 children, making the museum worth considering when the guest list is substantial. A child interested in science has a natural reason to choose this setting.
The main decision is timing. Scientastic Birthday lasts 90 minutes during regular museum hours, while Ultimate Birthday Party lasts two hours before or after museum hours. Choose around your group's schedule and preferred celebration length. The longer option adds time, but its placement outside normal hours also affects when guests must arrive.
