Parties during museum hours
For 20 guests, the price is $100 for members or $150 for nonmembers. For 30 guests, it is $150 or $200; for 40 guests, it is $200 or $250. The rental includes two hours of program room use. The museum hours flyer says museum exploration is for three hours, although the rental is two hours and museum admission remains valid until the end of the general admission session. Saturday rental slots are 10 a.m. to noon or 2 to 4 p.m.; Sunday rentals are 2 to 4 p.m.
Private museum rentals after hours
For 40 guests, the price is $300 for members or $350 for nonmembers. For 50 guests, it is $400 or $450; for 60 guests, it is $500 or $550. The rental includes private museum exploration and program room use for two hours, Friday through Sunday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

FAQ
When can we arrive to set up?
During museum hours, setup is part of your rental time and early arrivals are not permitted. For private rentals after hours, the host may arrive at 5 p.m. to set up, and guests should not arrive before 5:30 p.m.
Can we bring helium balloons or a piñata?
Helium balloons and piñatas are not allowed.
Are birthday candles permitted?
Birthday candles are the exception to the rule that food cannot contain an open flame.
