Our take
3/5Stoner Park is a candidate for a birthday gathering that parents organize around their own plans in Huntsville. Its public group use format is most relevant when the family is comfortable coordinating the occasion. The city's special event permit route is the starting point for checking how the proposed celebration should be arranged.
Explain your group size and activities when asking which permissions apply. Confirm the usable space and any requirements before setting the invitation details. A park gathering can suit a family that enjoys handling the plans, provided the proposed celebration fits the arrangements agreed with the city.
