Our take
4.5/5Cook Museum of Natural Science is a strong choice for children drawn to science, with museum admission and two hosts built into the birthday package. A party room for two hours gives the celebration a base. Optional educator programs let families choose a focus, including Bug Bash for ages 2 to 6 or Mad Science for ages 3 and up.
Count accompanying adults carefully: they share the 20-guest allowance with children over age 2, and adults must accompany children 14 and younger in the exhibits. The educator program costs an additional $125. Book at least two weeks ahead; outside food is restricted to birthday cake or dessert.
