Big Island Tents supplies tents, tables and chairs for celebrations across Hawaii Island, with lawn games and lighting among the other rental choices. Pricing comes by estimate, based on your event location and guest count. Submit your date and rental items with the request; an accepted quote leads to an invoice and deposit. A 50% deposit reserves the equipment, and full payment is due one week before setup. Arrange table and chair setup in advance if you want that service.

Our take
3.5/5Big Island Tents makes sense for families building a birthday at their own chosen site on Hawaii Island. Tents and seating can provide the event's basic structure, while lawn games are one option for the activity plan. Pricing by estimate lets the rental request reflect the location and guest count.
This route leaves the host with site responsibilities, including access, marking underground utilities and securing any required public property permits. Request table and chair setup in advance if needed. A 50% deposit reserves equipment, and half of each deposit paid is nonrefundable, so settle the plan before committing.
