Our take
2.5/5Kings County Parks and Grounds is a starting point for a park birthday, with general reservations available across county parks including Burris and Hickey. For a family that wants to organize its own gathering, the useful next step is choosing a specific park and asking about a reservation there.
This entry represents the department, so its Hanford address should not serve as the location on an invitation. The birthday plan needs an actual park before parents can judge the setting or tell guests where to go. Ask about the chosen park's reservation terms and permitted celebration arrangements before making commitments.
