Room rental choices
For the first two hours during regular hours, room only rates are $106 commercial, $82 community or $55 nonprofit. Room plus farm admission costs $127, $96 or $65 respectively. Additional hours cost extra. The room holds 60 seated or 80 standing, depending on configuration.
Kitchen and setup
The room rental includes a kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove and oven. Frying food is not allowed. Renters have 15 minutes before and after the reservation for setup and cleanup. Balloons must stay secured inside the rental room.

What are the chicken chores and pony ride costs?
Chicken chores cost $30 per group for up to 12 children ages 2 to 12. Private pony rides have an $80 setup fee plus $8 per rider, with a minimum of 15 riders.
When is the rental payment due?
The full rental fee is due when you reserve. No deposit is required.
