Our take
3/5A disc golf course gives a birthday group an activity to share, and Veterans Park in Florence is worth considering when the birthday child enjoys the game. I would favor this option for guests who want to participate in the same sport, with parents deciding how much play to include in the celebration.
Keep the birthday schedule flexible enough for the group's familiarity with disc golf. Before inviting everyone, call about group access and equipment arrangements. Decide separately how you will handle food and the gathering before or after play.
