Our take
2.5/5A theater outing at Red Bay's Arts and Entertainment Center could suit a birthday child who enjoys watching a play. The annual program has three productions, with performances in April and November and dinner theater in February. That gives the celebration a specific focus when a production matches the child's interests.
The limited performance calendar makes this a date-dependent choice. Check the play's subject and suitability for your children before making group plans. Ask about attending together and allow the performance schedule to determine the timing of any separate birthday meal or gathering.
