Our take
4/5Boulders and Brews gives a climbing birthday a useful starting point: beginner-friendly routes and rental shoes are included in the two-hour event. That makes it a strong option for children curious about climbing, with an activity that can hold the center of the celebration rather than simply fill time between cake and presents.
The café seating also gives the gathering another place to settle, with coffee, tea and matcha available. Plan the birthday around the children's interest in climbing, and discuss how refreshments and any cake plans fit the event before choosing the final schedule.
