Our take
3.5/5At $25 for a four-hour reservation, the Ringgold Pavilion at Little General Children's Park is an appealing starting point for a modest birthday budget. Its strongest feature is the amount of reserved pavilion time for the rental price. That leaves room to plan a celebration without compressing everything into a short appointment.
Reservations run daily in two fixed windows: 10 AM to 2 PM or 3 PM to 7 PM. Choose the slot around your meal and cake plans. This fits families who enjoy shaping their own gathering around a pavilion reservation.
