Our take
3/5Kirkbrae Country Club in Lincoln suits a birthday built around gathering family and friends in rented event space. For parents who want to choose the celebration's activities themselves, that format leaves room to shape the occasion around the birthday child's interests. The event space would be the starting point for your plan.
Before inviting guests, discuss your proposed activities and food arrangements with the club. Ask how setup and cleanup fit into the rental, and use those answers to decide how much organizing you want to take on.
