FAQ
Do younger children need an adult with them?
Younger children need supervision throughout their visit by an adult or guardian who is at least 16 years old. Confirm the age cutoff with Parks and Recreation when arranging your group.
What happens if a swim session closes early?
Weather, mechanical problems, water quality or low attendance can cause closures. The City states that it does not issue refunds for closures after a swim session has opened; ask how this policy applies to your private reservation.
